Hex Collective LLC ships with USPS and UPS. Shipping insurance is also available for every order, make sure to choose that option at check out. If insurance is not purchased, Hex Collective LLC is not responsible for damage/loss/theft of product. Tracking numbers are available within 5 days of purchase.
